Portal System

We respond to all task on our Portal System the same day and notify the vendor to call the tenant and make the appointment. We follow up with the tenant to make sure that the vendor has called the tenant to make the appointment. Depending on the repair issue the matter can be taking care off the same day. If the repair needs special parts or the repair needs to be completely replaced, the vendor will call us from the property to get approval for the parts.

EMERGENCY CALLS ARE HANDLED THE SAME DAY FOR A/C AND PLUMBING ISSUES; ESPECIALLY ISSUES LIKE A BIG LEAK.

The Portal keeps a record of all communications and documents that are sent via portal; everything is documented by day, hour and even seconds when the message is sent to and from either party. Tenants can also use the Portal to send us documents and pictures images of any repair that they would like us to see. It works just like email!

The Portal System is also used for the tenants to pay their rent. What makes this system so great is that, it’s user friendly; you can use it anywhere, anytime from any device. So, you will always be able to communicate with our staff and handyman via Portal.

The Portal is in services 24/7.

After hours the handyman checks the Portal every hour in case there is an emergency.

Important Notice: Any maintenance request placed after 5 pm on Friday and over the weekend will be taken care off on Monday, unless it’s an emergency.

Hours of operation are from Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.​​​​​​​
